Refund Policy

Purchase on individual items only. This return does not apply to any gift boxes. 
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may send individual items back to us for an exchange or refund. All items must be unworn, untarnished and unwashed with original tags and packaging intact. You have 14 days from the day of purchase to return your items for a full refund. If you return items after 15 days but before 30 days we will give you 100% store credit (minus shipping). No refunds or exchanges after 30 days. The Bows and Ties is not liable for return shipping cost.

How do I return or exchange an item? 
Return the product in its original packaging, together with the completed return form. If you have lost your return form you can download it HERE
Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email from us. The customer pays for shipping.

What if I receive the wrong item? 


If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service at info@thebowsandties.com with the subject “wrong item” and we will contact you within 48 hours.


Reclaims: 
The Bows and Ties will do everything to deliver items to you in an excellent condition. If you receive a damaged item, please email info@thebowsandties.com. with the subject “reclaim”. Prior to sending the item back, please email a picture of the damaged product and explain the problem. We will be more then happy to exchange your damaged item with the same exact item.
